I will paint an original painting of your home from your photo.  The 12" by 16" framed painting will be done in the season of your choice and framed in an antiques gold frame with linen liner (as shown in photo) or mahogany frame with linen liner,  The cost is $250. plus shipping and turn around time is typically 3 to 4 weeks.
The portrait may also be done as a pen & ink illustration for $125. plus shipping.  The pen & ink portrait will not be framed but will be matted in a black-core acid-free mat board and shrink wrapped.
